Director Education & Operations
Jennifer Kramer is a former teacher, administrator, coach, athletic director, speaker, and educational consultant for over 20 years. She received her BS in Social Science Education and Spanish from Kennesaw State University and her M.Ed. from Century University. She is Orton Gillingham, Linda Mood Bell, and dyslexia trained. She has also has developed educational curriculum for grades 1-12 in various disciplines and participated in over six SACS/SAIS accreditation processes. She is also a licensed lobbyist in Georgia and Florida and assisted with the passing of SB10 which gives IEP students monetary vouchers to choose a school that meets their needs. Lastly, she was asked in 2016 to participate in the National Educator Summit & National Mentorship Summit in Washington DC to discuss the importance of SEL (Social Emotional Learning) Curriculum in the United States.
She is an active volunteer with various charities and is excited to carry out the mission of United Intentions Foundation and implement the education programs.
Founder of United Intentions
After receiving his BA in Business Management and Psychology from the University of South Florida, Tim began his career as an entrepreneur in the nursing home industry. He worked with several different companies as an Administrator and Regional Director until he opened his own business- Golden Home Services in 2003. He also created classes and certified programs for the Georgia Health Care Association and at Kennesaw State University.
In 2009, he founded the United Intentions Foundation and in 2015 incorporated the UI Business Program to help businesses become more intentional. His vision is to teach businesses to maximize results and learning to achieve success from the inside out. Tim has put together a team of experienced, talented, and passionate professionals dedicated to spreading the mission of the foundation and transform businesses into “intentional businesses”.
James Millhouse, Ph.D.
Dr. Millhouse has been in private practice as a Clinical Sport Psychologist in the North Atlanta area since 1987. He has been with the Olympic Committee since 1985, served as the Sport Psychologist for Georgia Tech for 10 years while remaining a consultant and has taught Sport Psychology at Georgia State University, Auburn University and Michigan State University. He also is the author of the book The Parent’s Manualof Sports Psychology.
Dr. Millhouse holds a Ph.D. in psychology from Michigan State University with specialty areas in counseling and clinical psychology, health psychology and human performance. Although Dr. Millhouse is licensed to provide intensive psychotherapy most of his time is devoted to teaching mental skills to athletes.
Dr. Millhouse is excited to be working with the United Intentions Foundation Team and furthering of the UIF mission.
